It has been six weeks since my surgery and my recovery has been very easy. I suspect the difference is you and your staff. I had no bruising, and very minimal pain and swelling. I am so thankful for having such an incredibly skilled surgeon who is dedicated to my goals and expectations. I wanted a natural look without scars and was delighted when I heard you were one of the few surgeons who is trained to do the incision through the belly button. They look very natural and do not have the 'shelfy' look one often sees right after surgery. I can honestly say I was ecstatic to see that they actually sat exactly where I wanted looking down at them after surgery and days after.
Hazel went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed the night after my surgery. Having the hotel right next door made it even easier and knowing I could call you and your staff if I needed anything at all put me at ease. The phone calls the night after my surgery and throughout my progress have made me feel as though I have a tight support group behind me the whole way.
I have an hour commute and a busy work schedule and I value how flexible you have been in scheduling me in for my follow ups. I've never had a doctor say, "tell me what day and time is best for you." I know you genuinely care about your patients and it's these little details that continue to make my experience with your office a pleasure. I compliment both you and your staff on creating such a beautiful office and welcoming environment. Your kindness, hospitality and sensitivity make it very easy for me to come to you with any questions or concerns I may have.
I receive compliments everyday from friends impressed with how incredible your work is and often feel like a walking spokes model for any woman looking to have breast augmentation. I have and will continue to recommend you to my friends, as many have asked me for your card and have booked their consultation and/or surgery.
But mostly, thanks for making me feel like the only patient you have! You have such a busy office, but you and your entire staff always make me feel special. I know you genuinely care about your patients' well being and happiness. I will be forever grateful to you, Hazel and Tiffany*.
