This is a 26 year old patient who asked Dr. Harrell to improve her facial appearance by nasal and chin surgery. She underwent a Rhinoplasty with a Chin Augmentation. Photos are taken about 6 weeks after her surgery so there is still some swelling in her chin and nose. Nasal surgery is one of Dr. Harrell's favorite procedures as he has over 24 years experience not only as a board certified Plastic Surgeon but also as an Ear-Nose-Throat specialist. Chin augmentation is not uncommonly added to patients requesting nasal
reshaping since many have a chin that sits back further than desired as compared to the prominence of the nose.
The patient was very happy and felt that her appearance was natural and did not appear like an 'operated' nose.
