This is a 42 year old patient desiring balancing of her facial features. She underwent a chin augmentation using a custom silicone chin implant placed through a small intra-oral incision. She also had neck liposuction as well as a Facelift and Rhinoplasty performed. She is seen both before and 3 months following her procedure.
