This is a 39 year old patient from Fort Lauderdale, Florida who had noticed an increase in loose skin and diet resistant fat accumulation around her abdomen and waist after having children. She wanted to narrow her waist and hips and flatten her abdomen as much as possible. She underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the upper abdomen, waist and hips. She is seen before and eight weeks after the procedure. She dropped two dress sizes and has a flat abdomen and an improved contour. The liposuction helped to shape the waist and hips and the tummy tuck allowed her abdomen to be significantly flattened.
