This is 28 year old patient from Beverly Hills California who requested Dr. Harrell to perform a breast augmentation. She underwent a breast augmentation through an inferior periareolar incision with 450 cc saline implants placed in the subpectoral space. Bra size change was changed from 34 A/B to 34C/D. She is seen 6 weeks after surgery.
