This is a 21 year old female from Pembroke Pines, Florida who sought out Dr. Harrell to improve the appearance of her nose by reducing the volume. Patients with thicker and oily skin are some what more difficult in that the skin does not contact or drape as well after surgery. Nevertheless, in most cases a significant improvement can be made providing the patient has reasonable expectations. In this case the nasal tip and nostrils were reduced significantly.
