This patient requested reduction of the fat in her neck as well as strengthening her lower jaw. She underwent liposuction of the neck as well as placement of a custom silicone chin implant through an inconspicuous intraoral incision. She is seen both before and 3 months after her procedure. Chin augmentation in the proper patient can beautifully balance the face as it did in this patient.
