This young Miami Florida patient asked Dr. Harrell to reduce the size of her nose so as to put it in better proportion with the rest of her facial features. She particularly wanted the bridge to be reduced and the tip to be shaped better. Dr. Harrell performed a Rhinoplasty and reduced the nasal bridge as well as sculpting the tip cartilages to create a smaller and more 'feminine' nasal appearance. She is shown both before and 8 weeks after her Rhinoplasty surgery. Final results in Rhinoplasty can take up to a year but most patients feel very good about the appearance of the nose within the first month after the surgery, if not the first two weeks.
