This is a 24 year old female who underwent a chin augmentation with a custom designed soft implant placed through an intraoral incision - eliminating visible scars. At the same time she underwent a rhinoplasty to improve the shape of her nose. She is seen 8 weeks following surgery. Many patients find that an adjustment of the chin prominence improves their overall appearance and better balances their facial features especially when combined with nasal surgery.
