This is a 24 year old patient from Naples, Florida who was referred to Dr. Jon Harrell for breast augmentation. She was wearing a 34 B bra prior to her breast augmentation. She chose to have saline implants of 380 cc's placed through a transumbilical approachand with a subpectoral pocket. Post operative bra size was 34 D. The patient was very happy with her results. She is shown wearing a bra and there is a close up photo of the umbilical scar site which nicely demonstrates how well hidden this incision is in most patients. Photos were taken 2 months after her procedure. Dr. Harrell is a board certified plastic surgeon with over 24 years of experience.
